FAQ 1:  I’m really busy – will this program work for me? 
Yes, I get it; we’re ALL busy. The group coaching calls are once a week for about an hour, and if you can't make it, you can watch the replay. There is a workbook to go along with the coaching call for each week, but the focus will be on small changes that can fit easily into your life. (Many have told me that it was easier than they thought.) Plus, a 6-week program is much more doable, and I’ve created these steps to be as easy as possible.

People feel like they need a reset for several reasons, but usually, they just aren't feeling energized or good in their body.
