I’m Angela Marie, critical care nurse turned pole fitness instructor. 

Yup, in 2007 I left my nursing career behind to teach pole fitness and I have never looked back. I am passionate about teaching pole fitness and helping pole enthusiasts become great pole instructors! 

I want to be a part of your pole fitness journey!


I am a Master Trainer for the Pole Fitness Alliance, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. The many years I've spent in health & fitness have given me a great understanding of movement, technique, body positioning, safety, and progressions. I love teaching this unique fitness format and have combined my experience and knowledge as a nurse, health coach, and trainer into my approach to the whole woman---mind & body.
