We will partner together and discover what is most important for you, your life, and your unique situation. Reflecting on where you are now and where you want to be, tapping into your strengths, and letting go of what's holding you back and getting in your way--this is how you'll go from

You probably know what you need to do, and should be doing, and even if you don't, my job as a health coach is to support you, keep you accountable and on track, and guide you toward your goals.

Uncovering the path to reach your goals is an empowering experience that will put you in control of your health for life. My job is to help you get there.



Functional Nutrition Counseling
We are all unique with different stories. Everything is connected and there are so many contributing factors to what you are experiencing now. This requires someone to take a deep dive into you, get curious about all of the possible connections, and then connect all of the dots. As a functional nutrition counselor, I will look through a holistic lens--food, sleep, stress, fitness, toxic environmental factors, blood sugar, poop, and so much more. 

Yup, we will take a deep dive into everything YOU. You are unique and that matters. 

Functional nutrition is about using food and lifestyle as medicine to get your body functioning and functioning well.

In these 1:1 coaching sessions, we will partner together to:

  • Reflect on your current state vs your future state. (How'd you get here and where do you want to be?
  • Uncover what is important to you and look at your vision and goals. (Can we dream a little about what could be?)
  • Explore the issue/problem you are experiencing and how it is affecting you. (Balance the +/-)
  • Reflect on prior experiences, acknowledge the wins and lessons (not losses), and take that new knowledge into the future. (Anything we can grow and learn from?)
  • Discover your unique strengths, skills & capabilities, and resources. (Increase your confidence and expertise in yourself so you can move forward)
  • Come up with an action plan and accountability steps. (You'll have a plan AND a plan B in case something gets in the way.)
Together, we can explore all of this in ways that will set you up for success! I'm talking about small, totally doable steps that won't have you feeling overwhelmed and stressed out.
